International Cooperation

The "International Cooperation" sector pursues the objective to facilitate the participation of the Institute in applied research projects within the wide framework of the intervention policies about territorial systems at European, national and local level. The sector deals with identifying funding opportunities which aim at promoting competitiveness, innovation, accessibility, territorial sustainable development and heritage valorization. It looks after the creation of qualified partnerships, involving relevant) international institutions working on research and territorial development, and on the preparation of project proposals. It coordinates the management of funded projects by monitoring the progress of activities, ensuring the achievement of the objectives.
